31 Nights of Horror, Night 21: 1408

Three sentence review:

I’m not exactly sure how great of a movie this actually is considering my unhealthy obsession with John Cusack, but I think it’s safe to say this is an underrated horror flick.  1408 is based on a short story by Stephen King (aren’t they all?) about a horror writer who doesn’t believe in ghosts, but to me it feels much more like an episode of the Twilight Zone – either way, it’s supremely scary! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and I often wonder who has slept in the beds before me, and this movie isn’t helping to settle my nerves AT ALL.

Don’t enter 1408,

Katie
