31 Nights of Horror VI, Night 5: ‘Salem’s Lot

Though it’s safe to declare that Stephen King is our time’s greatest story teller, ‘Salem’s Lot just didn’t do it for me. The novel is about a writer who returns to his childhood home and discovers the small town has been taken over by vampires. It’s by no means a bad book – not sure if any of King’s works can be described that way – but I’ve just never been able to get into vampire  stories and I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY OKAY IM SORRY STEPHEN FORGIVE MEEEE.
